The RTM-80 equipment was specially designed for the resin dispensing process.
This unit supplies a continuous and accuracy flow of resin and catalyst which are mixed at the gun head and in the dispensing tube.
In the process, the resin and catalyst enter in the mold, which can be or not with gel-coat, pressing the air to the holes in surface of the mold.
The result are two surfaces finished pieces with raw material and labor reduction.
Catalyst pump joined to the resin pump through the slave arm, gives 0,5% percentage to 3% above the resin volume depending on the pump position along the slave arm.
The solvent tank assembled on the car allows the gun flushing after the equipment use.
