The RTM-100 equipments were developed for the Resin Transfer Molding process.
The Basic equipment carries a two-components head with a mixing chamber set and a static mixer with a starting dispensing operation trigger.
The equipment is completed by the resin pump with beats counter and slave catalyst pump, flushing solvent tank for the mixing set, rubber set and air manifold with air filter regulators; it is assembled in a car with mast and booms.
The RTM-100R pattern enclose in the basic equipment the components recirculation system doing the materials stay in movement going to the recirculation valve and returning to the storing deposit in constant process.
The RTM-100AUT pattern comes assembled in a double cabinet, dividing the command and program part from the mechanical equipments part.
The equipment is formed by basic items which integrate the equipments series and enclose programmable logic control, two lines and 16 characters with crystal liquid display showing alfa-numerical message with variable of control.
Different dispensing programs possibilities, allowing the different pieces program and the material quantity to be injected.
There is a pressure transducer in the resin line supplying figures which allow the equipments working speed reduction and avoid the dispensing pressure above the determinate one and the working normal later retaken.
